  3. STIXWORLD IS PROVIDED BY PSYCHOHAZARD SOFTWARE STRICTLY ON AN
  4. "AS IS" BASIS. PSYCHOHAZARD SOFTWARE MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED 
  5. WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OR RELIABILITY OF STIXWORLD
  6. FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 
  7. PSYCHOHAZARD SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, 
  8. INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM 
  9. THE USE OR OPERATION OF STIXWORLD OR FROM INABILITY TO USE 
  10. STIXWORLD. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK OF EVALUATING AND 
  11. USING THE PROGRAM. THE SOLE LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO 
  12. REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

  14. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. 
  15. IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE HELD TO BE INVALID OR
  16. UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE
  17. TO BE VALID AND ENFORCEABLE. IF A COURT FINDS THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS
  18. AGREEMENT IS INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, BUT THAT BY LIMITING SUCH
  19. PROVISION IT WOULD BECOME VALID OR ENFORCEABLE, THEN SUCH PROVISION
  20. SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE WRITTEN, CONSTRUED, AND ENFORCED AS SO LIMITED.

  25. COPYRIGHT.  StixWorld is NOT a public domain program.
  26. The StixWorld software (including any and all images and
  27. text incorporated into StixWorld) is owned by PsychoHazard
  28. Software and protected by United States copyright law and
  29. international treaties. You may not make or use copies of StixWorld
  30. except as expressly permitted under the Distribution
  31. and License provisions of this agreement. All other rights not
  32. expressly granted here are reserved by PsychoHazard Software
  33. and its assigns or successors.

  35. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  36. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  37. licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  38. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  39. termination of this license.

  41. DISTRIBUTION.  You are free to distribute StixWorld as
  42. shareware to others, provided you distribute all original files
  43. without modification. No one may distribute any StixWorld
  44. user authorization code to any other individual or group, with the
  45. sole exception that a valid owner of a registered license for StixWorld
  46. may transfer that license and its user authorization
  47. code to another individual. When such a transfer is made, the
  48. original owner must transfer or destroy any copies of StixWorld
  49. that use that authorization code.

  51. Permission to distribute the StixWorld package is not
  52. transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor
  53. wishing to distribute the package must independently satisfy the
  54. terms of this limited distribution license.

  56. In addition, the accompanying VENDOR.DOC file is hereby
  57. incorporated by reference. Any distribution satisfying all the
  58. distribution requirements expressed in that file is
  59. hereby authorized.

  61. SHAREWARE EVALUATION LICENSE.  StixWorld is shareware.
  62. Before purchasing StixWorld you are entitled to use and
  63. evaluate one (1) copy of StixWorld for free. You may use
  64. it as long as you wish.
  65.  
  66. REGISTERED LICENSE.  Upon purchase of StixWorld you
  67. receive a registered license and a unique user authorization code.
  68. The registered license gives you nonexclusive permission to make
  69. and load as many copies of major version 1.00 of StixWorld
  70. or any of its minor version revisions on as many computers as you
  71. own, provided that no more than one of those copies of StixWorld
  72. is ever in use at any one time.

  74. APPLICABILITY AND SEVERABILITY.  This Agreement shall be governed
  75. by the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this
  76. Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any
  77. reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and
  78. enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement
  79. is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision
  80. it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall
  81. be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

  83. PsychoHazard Software may revoke any permissions granted here, by
  84. notifying you in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are
  85. reserved to PsychoHazard Software.
  86.
